For returns, exchanges or complaints, our service team will be happy to help you using the contact details provided. If you wish to make a return, you must contact customer service exclusively via the service e-mail: service.uk@lrworld.com. This way, we can ensure that the return process is initiated. Upon your request, you will receive a return label by e-mail as well as an export invoice.


Please enclose the completed delivery and returns note, given your reason for the return, as well as the invoice with the return and stick the returns label on the package so that it can be shipped back. You can now take the package to the parcel provider that delivered it to you and that is mentioned on the address label.
